Eric Johnson, Colonel, USAF (ret)
Our Board President also sits on the Board of Directors of the Friendship House homeless shelters in Mount Vernon and the Anacortes Community Health Council. He is the facilitator for the Anacortes Human Services Coalition, and he sits on the board of trustees of the Anacortes Parks Foundation. He served as a member of the Anacortes Affordable Housing Citizen Advisory Committee, and he is a member of the advisory group for the Gentry House, the adult day care facility scheduled to open in Anacortes in Summer 2009. He is the immediate past president of the the Anacortes Noon Kiwanis Club.
Terry Kyllo
He is currently the Co-Pastor for the Komo Kulshan Cluster (Celebration Lutheran, Christ Episcopal, St. Paul's Episcopal, and St. James Episcopal). Formerly, he was the Chair of the Elmore County Domestic Violence Council. He started a domestic violence shelter and hotline nonprofit organization, and managed a half-way house for the mentally disabled.
Dr. Robert Waligurski, PhD
He is the design/engineering department manager at International Aero Interiors and is on the faculty of Chapman University College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has years of experience working with the homeless at the Anacortes Salvation Army, and he is a member of the Skagit County Coalition to End Homelessness.
Betsy Rogers
She has significant experience working as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children of sexual assault and domestic violence. She sat on the Advisory Board of the Skagit County Mental Health Administration, and the DSHS Region 3 Child Policy Board.
Martha Clure, CRB
She is a retired Real Estate Broker who owned and operated a real estate office in Anacortes for some two decades. She was very active in the real estate field for about ten years before opening her own office. She has held many leadership roles in the area including President of the Skagit-Island County Medical Auxiliary, Island Hospital Auxiliary and is a Past Board President of United Way of Skagit County. She also held the Chair position for ten years of an Antiques Show & Sale, held in the Armory , that benefited Island Hospital
Cheryl Lee, RN
She is the Director of Operations of the San Juan Rehabilitation and Care Center. In addition to her degree in nursing, Cheryl holds a degree in social work. She is the Immediate Past- President of the Soroptimists International of Anacortes.
Olivia Fisher
She is the Reception Supervisor at North Cascade Family Physicians and is a trained Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health Sexual Assault Domestic Violence past advocate. She currently the Vice President of the Fidalgo Island Rotary.
Brian Carroll, MSW
The President and CEO, since 1994, of Secret Harbor, an agency that provides foster care resources, staffed residential treatment homes, and in-home services for at-risk children. Previously he served for four years are the Director of Clinical Services for Secret Harbor's residential treatment program. Brian is also a contracted children's mental health specialist for the Children's Long Term Inpatient Program Committee in Washington, president-elect of the American Association of Children’s Residential Centers (AACRC), a member of the Washington State Coalition of Children's Residential Services, and is an active member of the Anacortes-Fidalgo Island Rotary.
