SICBA Playhouse Raffle - Tickets on Sale!

March 2, 2018

The Anacortes Family Center is taking part in the SICBA Playhouse Raffle Competition. Quantum Construction is entering an amazing playhouse, AFC is selling tickets to win this playhouse, and at the conclusion of the competition (March 25) the winning raffle ticket will get to take the playhouse home (delivery in Skagit and Island County provided)!

Raffle tickets are $5 each and are available through the Anacortes Family Center by

calling Heather (360-293-2993 ext. 114) or via email (info@anacortesfamily.org). All proceeds from the raffle will go directly toward the Anacortes Family Center's life-changing programs!

Here are some highlights of this beautiful playhouse:

- Space is designed to be a mini-habitat, suitable either for a kids clubhouse or an adult’s creative space. Part of our inspiration was thinking about affordable housing and small living spaces, though sadly no plumbing in the playhouse

- It will have GFI protected electric outlets, that you power just by plugging in an extension cord. It will also have some LED lighting.

- To take advantage of the electricity, it will also come with a 24” TV mounted on the wall (fun or hook up to a laptop for work/creativity) and a retro game console (just fun)

- It will include a 6’ hammock that can be strung across the space for resting.

- We’re still planning some various built-in furniture type items, but it will have a bench and probably a small folding table as well.

- Delivery is included in Skagit and Island County. Other delivery locations on a case by case basis (i.e., Stanwood is fine, Orcas is probably not) Site must be trailer accessible and subject to access limitations determined by Quantum.

Please come and see the playhouse - and vote for Quantum's incredible work. The SICBA show is at the Skagit Fairgrounds; times are: March 23rd from Noon-8PM, March 24th from 10AM to 7PM and March 25 from 10AM to 3PM.
